中职汽车类专业学徒制师资队伍建设的研究与实践

摘 要：随着我国汽车产量逐年上涨，汽车行业发展得如火如荼，汽车类专业逐渐成为中职学校热门专业。中职学校要重视汽车类专业师资队伍建设，利用现代学徒制开展教师培训，邀请汽修师傅、新能源汽车工程师等担任教师培训讲师，为教师们讲解最新汽修、汽车美容和维护等技能，校企联合成立名师工作室，组织教师深入汽修厂、4S店参与岗位技能培训，鼓励教师向企业师傅学习，不断提升教师实践教学水平，制定全新的教师考核和奖励机制，打造一支富有教研能力、实践能力“工匠精神”的中职汽车类专业教师队伍。

Research and Practice on the Construction of Apprenticeship Teaching Staff for Automobile Majors in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract：As China's automobile production has been rising year by year， the automobile industry is developing in full swing， and automobile majors have gradually become popular majors in secondary vocational schools. Secondary vocational schools should pay attention to the construction of automotive professional teachers， use modern apprenticeship to carry out teacher training， and invite auto repair masters and new energy vehicle engineers to serve as teacher training lecturers to explain the latest auto repair， auto beauty and maintenance skills to teachers. Schools and enterprises jointly set up a famous teacher studio， organize teachers to go to auto repair factories and 4S shops to participate in job skills training， encourage teachers to learn from corporate masters， continuously improve teachers' practical teaching level， formulate brand-new teacher assessment， and reward mechanisms， and create a rich teaching and research team of vocational automotive professional teachers with “craftsman spirit” and practical ability.

1 引言

中職学校要把现代学徒制融入汽车类专业师资队伍建设中，联合汽车企业创办名师工作室，促进教师和企业师傅之间的交流;聘请汽车企业师傅担任兼职教师，让他们参与校内实训教学，为教师提供提升实践技能的机会，进一步优化教师队伍组织结构;定期组织教师前往企业进行岗位实践，让教师体验汽车维修、美容、维护和新能源汽车维护等岗位，培养教师的“工匠精神”;参照汽车企业师傅岗位技能来制定教师考核标准，对教师岗位技能操作、工匠精神、课程研修等能力进行考核，邀请企业对教师进行考核，全面提升教师综合素养。

2 新时期中职汽车类专业教师队伍建设中存在的问题

2.1 缺少高素质“双师型”教师，整体水平不高

汽车是一台巨大的精密仪器，教师不仅要熟悉每一个零部件，还要熟练拆装、维修各个零部件，“双师型”教师是汽车类专业未来主要趋势。……
