车身主断面设计方法研究

摘 要：车身主断面设计是新车型开发中一个重要的流程，是车身工程可行性分析的重要手段，也是指导车身结构设计的重要依据。本文简要分析了主断面的分类方法，系统阐述了车身主断面的设计方法，并论述了车身主断面设计性能分析方法的重要性。在车身主断面设计过程中进行结构性能分析，能够有效地避免设计完成后的返工，而且通过性能分析能够找出车身主断面设计中的不足，从而优化和完善车身主断面设计。

Abstract：The design of the main section of the body is an important process in the development of new models. It is an important means of feasibility analysis of body engineering and an important basis for guiding the design of body structure. This article briefly analyzes the classification method of the main section， systematically explains the design method of the main section of the car body， and discusses the importance of the performance analysis method of the main section of the car body. Performing structural performance analysis during the design of the main section of the car body can effectively avoid rework after the design is completed， and through performance analysis， the shortcomings in the design of the main section of the car body can be found， to optimize and perfect the design of the main section of the car body.

車身主断面是指能反映出车身主要的结构设计的重要断面。主断面决定了车身主要零部件的结构形式及其装配关系，并且能反映出零件间的公差与配合以及车身法规符合性等信息。车身主断面主要包括了内外饰件、外车身覆盖件以及相关电器元件等断面。车身断面设计作为汽车设计过的重要结构设计，其贯穿模型制作到车身结构设计完成的全过程，是指导车身结构数据设计的重要依据。车身主断面实际质量更是直接影响着整车的制造质量、外观视感、用户体验等多个方面。本文简要概述了车身主断面的主要分类，重点阐述了车身主断面设计方法和车身主断面性能设计分析方法，为车辆工程人员论述了车身主断面设计的基础理论。
