中华民族传统体育文化传承与发展的策略探讨

摘要：中华民族传统体育文化是中国传统文化的一个重要分支，历经数以千年的岁月传承，呈现出旺盛的生命力，孕育出丰富的文化价值内涵。全球化的发展态势，为传统体育文化的发展带来了契机，实现了中国传统体育文化同世界先进体育文化的接轨，提升了自身的品牌价值，塑造出更具特色的文化经典，但与此同时，也给自身发展带来了强有力的冲击。该文结合此背景，深入探究在经济社会高速发展的现代化进程中，如何促进传统体育文化实现良性传承和创新发展。

Discussion on the Strategy of Inheritance and Development of Chinese Traditional Sports Culture

Abstract： Chinese traditional sports culture is an important branch of Chinese traditional culture. It has been inherited for thousands of years， showing vigorous vitality and giving birth to rich cultural value connotation. The development trend of globalization has brought opportunities for the development of traditional sports culture， realized the integration of Chinese traditional sports culture with the world's advanced sports culture， improved its own brand value and created more characteristic cultural classics. At the same time， it has also brought a strong impact on its own development. Combined with this background， this paper deeply explores how to promote the benign inheritance and innovative development of traditional sports culture in the process of modernization with the rapid development of economy and society.

1 傳统体育文化传承与发展的现状

我国传统体育文化的表现形式精彩纷呈，不仅包括了竞技体育和文化体育等内容，还由此衍生出了有关于健康养生的休闲体育。正是因为体育行业本身具备丰富的功能和创造性，所以在历史发展的长河中长盛不衰，激发出璀璨的体育文化，赢得中国人民乃至全世界的青睐，甚至在核心观念上影响了一些国家文化的发展。从全局上看，时代的变革不仅没有削弱传统体育文化的影响力，反而进一步丰富了传统体育文化的内涵，为其注入了新生的发展动力[1]。

2 中华民族传统体育文化的传承策略

2.1在传统体育文化理论体系构造上彰显中国特色

首先，传统体育文化受所处时代的局限性影响，思维观念上相对落后，理论根基尚不稳固，创新性有待提升;其次，新的时代发展会赋予传统体育文化新的需求和新的价值取向，传统体育文化的传承需要及时调整战略目标，赋予自己新的意义，在服务社会新功能上带来更积极的益处。……
