基于微模块数据中心U位级IT设备资产检测系统

摘 要：随着互联网信息技术的不断进步和各类大数据平台的建立，企业中所能够拥有的 IT 资产品种和数额也越来越多。该种微模块数据中心的U位级IT设备资产检测系统的目的，是提供一种适用于不带机柜前门的微模块数据中心的U级IT设备资产检测系统，提供实时定位和监控数据。具体包括：多个二维码标识符，作为机柜内IT设备的唯一资产标识符，固定在空调通道侧面的两列每台IT设备上;机柜的一侧固定有多个摄像头，用于识别另一侧立柱中对端机柜中各IT设备的二维码和指示灯;集线器，收集所有摄像头通信线路，并统一输出一根电缆到工业计算机;工业计算机用于识别摄像头采集到的二維码识别和指示灯状态信息，并提供标准的数据接口与资产管理系统连接。

Abstract： With the continuous progress of Internet information technology and the establishment of various big data platforms， enterprises can have more and more IT assets. The purpose of this U-level IT device asset detection system for micro-module data centers is to provide a U-level IT device asset detection system suitable for micro-module data centers without cabinet front doors， and provide real-time positioning and monitoring data. Specifically include： Multiple QR code identifiers， as the unique asset identifier of IT device in the cabinet， fixed on each IT device in two columns on the side of the air conditioning channel; Multiple cameras are fixed on one side of the cabinet to identify the QR code and indicator light of each IT device in the opposite end cabinet in the column on the other side; Hub， collect all camera communication lines， and unified output a cable to the industrial computer; The industrial computer is used to identify the QR code recognition and indicator status information collected by the camera， and provides a standard data interface to connect to the asset management system.
