变电所UPS停机事件的原因分析与对策

摘  要：在化工企业中供电可靠性是衡量电能质量的重要指标，更是维护生产安全绝对保障。该文通过对变电所UPS停机事件的经过、原因进行分析，制订相应的措施及防范对策;加强员工的培训及巡检督察，对低压母线停电的倒闸操作票进行修订，添加对UPS主备电源的检查和UPS运行参数、开关位置、报警信息的检查程序等;确保低压母线停电倒闸操作过程中UPS供电正常，防止停电事件的再次发生。

Abstract： In chemical enterprises， power supply reliability is not only an important index to measure power quality， but also an absolute guarantee to maintain production safety. Through the analysis of the process and causes of a UPS shutdown event in a substation， the paper  formulates corresponding measures and preventive countermeasures; Strengthen staff training and patrol inspection， revise the switching operation ticket of low-voltage bus power failure， and add the inspection procedures for UPS main and standby power supply and UPS operation parameters， switch position and alarm information; Ensure that the UPS power supply is normal during the power failure and switching operation of low-voltage bus， and prevent the recurrence of power failure.

随着自动化水平的不断提高，用电设备的不断增加，对供电可靠性、安全性不断提高。然而由于某种原因导致供电中断，电气设备跳停、生产控制停车，给工艺生产可能带来了巨大的经济损失，甚至人身伤亡，这就对于为工艺生产中关键设备供电提出了更高的挑战。在这种情况下，UPS应运而生。UPS电源装置的出现，从根本上解决了因关键设备停电造成人员伤亡和巨大经济损失的问题，为工业生产的顺利进行提供了保障。然而UPS作为一款的电气设备，也同样存在出现问题造成关键设备失电的风险。该文将以一例UPS非正常停机造成工艺生产停车案例进行原因分析，制订措施及采取防范对策，从根本上解决此类事件的发生。
