探究美术在公共文化服务体系中的社会效益与引领作用

摘要：公共图书馆在社会现代化发展中，应该按照国家对社会发展做出的规划，清楚未来发展方向。作为现代公共文化服务体系中极为重要的内容，应该发挥自身的职能作用，为广大基层群众提供公共文化服务。在国民大众经济水平提高的过程中，对精神层面的需求更加迫切，受到此方面的驱动，使公共文化活动内出现大量的美术活动，可以满足人们在精神层面的需求，该文主要分析美术活动在群众文化方面的发展途径。

Abstract： In the development of social modernization， public libraries should follow the national plan for social development and be clear about the future development direction. As an extremely important content in the modern public cultural service system， it should play its own functional role to provide public cultural services to the broad masses of grassroots. In the process of improving the level of the national mass economy， the need for spiritual level is more urgent. Driven by this aspect， a large number of art activities appear in public cultural activities， which can meet people’s spiritual needs. The following analysis mainly focuses on art activities. Ways of development in mass culture.

了解新时代大众文化与美术活动间的关系，发现美术活动在群众文化方面可带来的社会效益，这已成为公共图书馆群众文化工作者高度关注的课题。

1 美术活动对群众文化表现形式与其可带来的社会效益

1.1美術活动在群众文化中的表现形式

我国社会经济高速发展下国民大众的经济收入随之提升，更多群众有了闲情雅致参与各类文化活动，也使群众文化获得较高的热度。群众文化的表现形式多样，比较受大众欢迎的美术活动包含绘画、书法、摄影、剪纸、雕塑等，此类活动适合大部分群众[1]。

1.2美术活动可以为群众文化带来的社会效益

研究美术活动的进行情况，发现美术活动与群众文化站紧密联系。随着美术活动拥有陶冶情操的作用，为企业带来一定的社会效益，主要体现为以下几点。

（1）美术活动可以丰富人民大众的日常生活，丰富群众文化生活内容。……
