课程思政对健美操课程的影响

摘要：思政元素融入健美操课程教学，可以激发学生的学习兴趣，有助于立德树人弘扬爱国主义精神，有助于形成团队精神.充分挖掘、利用好健美操课程中的思政元素，最大限度地发挥课程思政的作用，使健美操教学与课程思政水乳交融，合为一体，从而进一步促进健美操课程的完善和发展.

The Effect of the Influences of Ideological and Political Teaching

in All Courses Theory on Calisthenics Compulsory Course

Abstract：Integration ideological and political elements into calisthenics course teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning，foster their character and civic virtue，promote the spirit of patriotism，and help them to shape team spirit.This paper analyzes on how to fully excavate and make good use of the ideological and political elements in calisthenics course，which give full play to its role，so as to further promote the perfection and development of calisthenics course，by blending the ideological and political teaching and calisthenics course in to one.

2020年颁布的《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》中指出，“体育类课程要树立健康第一的教育理念，注重爱国主义教育和传统文化教育，培养学生顽强拼搏，奋斗有我的理念，激发学生提升全民族身体素质的责任感.”健美操课程作为高等学校体育专业的必修课之一，风格独特，需要记忆的动作繁多、复杂，动作连接需要在规定的音乐节拍内完成，成套动作完成需要练习者注意力高度集中.体育类技能课程又是运动参与过程，课堂教学中，需要学习者认真观察授课教师的身体动作，通过其思维加工和再造后，通过肢体模仿表现出来.因此，学生积极参与课堂教学，用心思考，积极地投身到运动技能学习中，显得十分重要.

习总书记2016年12月10日在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的讲话强调：“要遵循思想政治工作规律，遵循教书育人的规律，遵循学生的成长规律，不断提高工作能力和水平，要用好课堂教学这个渠道.”他形象地把“课程思政”比作……
