贴合1+X证书制度的汽车专业实训室建设的研究

摘 要：本文以1+X职业技能等级证书考核场站的建设历程为起点，思考分析了1+X职业技能等级证书的考核考评工作对职业教育教学中的实训室建设环节的带来的积极影响，通过分析1+X证书制度对各院校带来的挑战，阐述了实训室建设的必要性，可行性和创新性，以实训教学环节中学员反馈内容为基础对实训室的建设提出贴合1+X证书制度的对策。

Research on the Construction of Automobile Professional Training Room Conforming to the 1+X Certificate System

Abstract：This article starts from the construction process of the 1+X vocational skill level certificate assessment station， and analyzes the positive effects of the 1+X vocational skill level certificate assessment work on the construction of the training room in the vocational education teaching. Through analyzing the challenges brought by the 1+X certificate system to various colleges and universities， the article  explains the necessity， feasibility and innovation of the construction of the training room， and puts forward countermeasures to fit the 1+X certificate system.

在職业教育大红大热的今天，反映的是社会对职业教育技术技能人才的需求，1+X职业技能等级证书制度正是落实国家职业教育改革的重要策略，目的是为了借鉴国外的经验，把学历证书和职业技能等级证书有机结合，这样推动了职业教育的改革发展，深化了复合型技术技能人才的培养。以甘肃省为例，从2019年国家印发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》后，已经全面启动了1+X证书制度的试点工作。但是1+X的证书制度具体如何去运作，比如1+X证书制度的试点院校的人才培养模式，实训室的建设规划，学校与企业的合作，专业与社会工作岗位的需求目前又处在了一个探索的过程。本文以1+X证书制度试点院校的实训室建设为例，做出了一些思考。
