基于1+X证书制度的高职新能源汽车技术专业教学模式建构研究

摘 要：1+X证书制度是落实职教20条的重要改革部署，也是重大创新。自2019年国务院印发了《国家职业教育改革方案》以来，全国职业院校都积极投身于试点工作，不断探索推进1+X的推广及应用工作。1+X考证项目较多，单独集中培训，师资需求量巨大，学生人数多，培训效果不佳。文章以高职新能源汽车技术专业为研究对象，结合新能源汽车技术专业人才培养目标，对“X”证书范畴下的课程教学模式进行了探索，构建了“1+X”证书制度下的高职汽车专业教学新模式，旨在为“1+X”证书制度在职业教育教学中落地实施提供参考。

Research on the Construction of Teaching Mode of New Energy Automobile Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Education Based on 1+X Certificate System

Abstract：The 1+X certificate system is an important reform deployment for the implementation of the 20 vocational education， and it is also a major innovation. Since the State Council issued the "National Vocational Education Reform Plan" in 2019， vocational colleges across the country have actively engaged in pilot work， and constantly explored and promoted the promotion and application of 1+X. There are many 1+X research projects， separate centralized training， huge demand for teachers， large number of students， and poor training effects. This article takes the new energy automobile technology major of higher vocational education as the research object， and combines the training goals of new energy automobile technology professional talents， explores the curriculum teaching mode under the category of "X" certificate， and builds the higher vocational automobile under the "1+X" certificate system. The new model of professional teaching aims to provide a reference for the implementation of the "1+X" certificate system in vocational education and teaching.

1 1+X证书制度及现状

1+X证书制度是落实职教20条的重要改革部署，也是重大创新。旨在推进学历证书与职业技能等级证书的互通衔接”，深化复合型技术技能人才培养培训模式改革。从教职所印发《关于参与1+X证书制度试点的首批职业教育培训评价组织及职业技能等级证书公示公告》到教育部等四部门印发《关于在院校实施“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点方案》到教职所印发《关于确认参与1+X证书制度试点的首批职业教育培训评价组织及职业技能等级证书的通知》直到现在，1+X证书制度推广已有两年时间。全国32个省份越来越多的高校参与到1+X试点院校中来。由北京中车行高新技术有限公司组织行业有关专家，结合国内外先进经验和职业技能标准体系制定了《汽车运用与维修（含智……
