新能源汽车专业双创人才培养模式探析

摘 要：为适应新经济、新产业的发展，培养工程实践能力强、创新能力强和国际竞争力强的双创人才迫在眉睫。随着新能源汽车行业的快速发展，对于传统的汽车类专业人才培养模式已经不能满足市场需求。本文首先在新能源汽车产业发展环境下对汽车专业双创人才的需求现状进行分析，其次简单分析了新能源汽车专业人才培养现状，最后在智能制造大背景下提出一些新能源汽车专业双创人才培育模式改革上的建议。

Abstract：To adapt to the development of the new economy and new industries， it is urgent to cultivate innovative talents with strong engineering practice ability， strong innovation ability and strong international competitiveness. With the rapid development of the new energy automotive industry， the traditional training model for automotive professionals can no longer meet market demand. This article first analyzes the current situation of the demand for automotive professional talents in the development environment of the new energy automobile industry， and then briefly analyzes the current situation of new energy automotive professional talent training， and finally proposes some suggestions on the reform of the cultivation model of the new energy automotive professional talents in the context of intelligent manufacturing.

新能源汽車因其对环境污染小，对能源消耗低以及政府部门的相关补贴等众多优势逐渐吸引了多人的目光，因此新能源汽车具有很大的市场潜力。新能源汽车已经成为中国经济市场发展的重要组成部分，我国对相关专业人才的需求也越来越加迫切。基于新能源汽车发展的大背景下，本文探讨新能源汽车专业双创人才培养模式，以适应当前新能源汽车产业的快速发展。

1 新能源汽车专业双创人才的需求现状

目前，随着人们环保意识的增强以及世界石油资源的匮乏状态，新能源相关行业在各国迅速发展起来，尤其以新能源汽车行业最为突出，我国也利用各项政策激励新能源汽车行业的创新创造发展。随着新能源汽车的市场不断扩大，新能源汽车专业技术双创人才也越来越受到社会的重视。虽然新能源技术早已有之，但将该技术应用到汽车上，并大范围投入市场还是近几年刚发生的事情，新能源汽车技术专业仍属于新兴专业。……
