气管插管麻醉和喉罩全麻在宫外孕腹腔镜手术中的应用效果对比研究

【摘 要】目的：研究气管插管麻醉和喉罩全麻在宫外孕腹腔镜手术中的应用效果对比。方法：将我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的宫外孕患者进行随机分组并分别选择不同的麻醉方式，在此基础上，应用小组之间对比的方式来开展本次研究。结果：选择喉罩全麻作为观察组的麻醉方式，小组之间对比发现不同患者麻醉相关指标和并发症发生率差异显著（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：为宫外孕患者开展腹腔镜手术治疗时，喉罩麻醉具有更好的效果和安全性，因此值得在临床中进行推广。

Comparative study on the effects of endotracheal intubation anesthesia and laryngeal mask anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery of ectopic pregnancy

【Abstract】Objective： To compare the effects of endotracheal intubation anesthesia and laryngeal mask anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Patients with ectopic pregnancy who received laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into groups and selected different anesthesia methods respectively. On this basis， the method of comparison between groups was used to carry out this study. Results： Laryngeal mask general anesthesia was selected as the method of anesthesia in the observation group， and the comparison between the groups found that there were significant differences in anaesthesia related indicators and incidence of complications among different patients（P<0.05）， with statistical significance. Conclusion： Laryngeal mask anesthesia has better efficacy and safety in laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy patients， so it is worth promoting in clinic.

临床中，宫外孕一直是妇产科中最常见的急腹症之一，在医学技术不断发展的过程中，腹腔镜手术凭借其切口小、术后恢复快等优势，得到了越来越广泛的应用，在为患者开展手术治疗的过程中，麻醉是保证手术顺利开展的重要措施之一，为此，护理人员需要结合患者的实际情况，针对性地对麻醉开展方式進行选择，以此来更好地保证患者的安全。目前，气管插管麻醉和喉罩全麻都是患者接受手术治疗过程中较为常规用的临床麻醉方式，对宫外孕腹腔镜患者进行手术时，如何在两种麻醉之间进行选择，成了医护人员重点思考的问题。为此，对这两种麻醉方式的麻醉效果以及安全性进行对比，对于患者治疗开展有重要的意义。笔者在本文中针对气管插管麻醉和喉罩全麻在宫外孕腹腔镜手术中的应用效果对比开展了相关研究，现总结如下。……
