标准流程护理在消毒供应中心医疗器械消毒灭菌中的应用效果观察

【摘 要】目的：观察标准流程护理应用于消毒供应中心医疗器械消毒灭菌中的临床应用效果。方法：我消毒供应中心将2019年1月至2020年1月抽选的1000个灭菌包设为对照组，灭菌过程采用常规流程护理，将2020年2月至2021年2月抽选的1000个灭菌包设为观察组，灭菌过程采用标准流程护理，比较两组器械消毒灭菌合格率差异。结果：观察组经护理，器械回收、清洗、包装、消毒灭菌质量合格率分别为98.2%（982）、97.9%（979）、99.1%（991）、99.3%（993），显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对消毒供应中心实施标准流程护理，提高了医疗器械消毒灭菌合格率，稳定提升了消毒供应中心工作水平。

Observation on the application effect of standard procedure nursing in medical instrument disinfection and sterilization in disinfection supply center

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical application effect of standard procedure nursing in medical instrument disinfection and sterilization in disinfection supply center. Methods：In our disinfection supply center， 1000 sterilizing packages selected from January 2019 to January 2020 were set as the control group， and the conventional process nursing was adopted in the sterilization process，1000 sterilizing packages selected from February 2020 to February 2021 were set as the observation group， and the standard process nursing was adopted in the sterilization process. The difference of qualified rate of instrument disinfection and sterilization between the two groups was compared. Results： After nursing， the qualified rate of instrument recovery， cleaning， packaging， disinfection and sterilization were 98.2%（982），97.9%（979），99.1%（991），99.3%（993） in the observation group， which were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The standard process nursing for the disinfection supply center can improve the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of medical devices and steadily improve the work level of the disinfection supply center.

患者住院期间，受各類因素影响，发生院内感染风险较高，给患者的健康与生命带来严重影响。影响医疗质量与患者安全的一个重要因素就是医疗器械清洗、消毒、灭菌质量，同时，也是减少医院感染的一项重要措施，所以，提升医疗器械消毒灭菌质量，是当前消毒供应中心面临的一项重要工作[1]。为提升医疗器械消毒灭菌质量，对消毒供应中心采取一定护理措施是十分必要的。本文将我消毒供应中心在2019年1月至2021年2月回收的2000个灭菌包选为研究对象，分别按常规流程护理和标准流程护理措施进行消毒灭菌操作，现汇报消毒灭菌效果。

1.1 一般资料
