联合丙酸倍氯米松及孟鲁司特钠对老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者肺功能的改善作用

【摘 要】目的：研究分析在老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的治疗中联合应用丙酸倍氯米松以及孟鲁司特钠对患者的肺功能改善效果。方法：选择在2019年1月至12月本院呼吸内科接受治疗的100例老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者展开分析，根据住院时间的先后顺序分为实验组和参照组，各50例。观察两组的治疗效果。结果：与治疗前比较，治疗后两组患者的炎性因子水平和肺功能指标都得到了改善，治疗后实验组患者的CPR、IL-6以及TNF-α显著低于参照组，结果有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC都要优于参照组，结果有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的治疗中联合应用丙酸倍氯米松以及孟鲁司特钠治疗效果显著。

Effect of combined beclomethasone propionate and montelukast sodium on lung function in elderly patients with cough variant asthma

【Abstract】Objective： To study and analyze the improvement effect of combined beclomethasonepropionate and montelukast sodium in elderly patients with coughvariantasthma.Methods： 100 elderly patients with cough variant asthma were treated inthe respiratory department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019. They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the order of hospitalization time， with 50casesin each group.Observing the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results： The inflammatory factor level and lung function indicators were improved after treatment in both groups compared with before treatment， the levels of CPR， IL-6 and TNF-αin the experimental group after treatmen twere significantly lower than those in the reference group（P<0.05）；The FEV1， FVC， FEV1/FVCin the experimental group were better than those in the reference group（P<0.05）.Conclusion： The treatment of combined beclomethasone propionate and montelukast sodium in elderly patients with cough variant asthma was remarkable.

于支气管患者而言，发病原因和很多因素有关，例如环境、遗传等，尤其是在过敏源的刺激下导致该病复发率骤增。而咳嗽变应性哮喘的主要症状表现出持续性咳嗽，并且在夜晚和凌晨发作最为频繁[1-2]。孟鲁司特钠能够有效缓解患者的咳嗽症状，能够降低炎症反应，是常用的治疗哮喘的药物；丙酸倍氯米松具有很好的抗炎效果，对于提高内皮细胞和平滑肌的稳定有着良好效果[3-4]。本次实验对我院的100例老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者应用丙酸倍氯米松联合孟鲁司特钠治疗，旨在于掌握其应用效果以及对患者的肺功能改善情况，具体实验内容如下。
