应用型高校创新创业教育现状及教学优化设计

摘  要：创新创业教育是增强学生双创精神、意识和能力的重要环节，也是为社会培养应用型高素质人才的有效途径。在实际教研工作的基础上，对在校大学生创新创业教育现状进行调研和分析。结果表明，强化双创意识，加强师资培训，搭建实训平台，配套制度保障是提高大学生双创能力的重要手段。在课程设计以课程目标为导向，施行“大一入门，大二奠基，大三攻关，大四实践”的分层多维课程体系设计理念。并针对当前双创教育中存在的不足，提出切实可行的双创课程教学优化建议。以期助力于应用型高校双创人才培养方案的制定和完善，为高校双创教育的顶层设计和部署提供指导，为社会培养“德”“识”“能”三位一体的新时代应用型双创人才。

Abstract： Innovation and entrepreneurship （IE） education is an important link to enhance students' spirit， awareness， and ability of IE， and it is also an effective way to cultivate high-quality applied talents for our country. Based on the practical teaching and research work， the present situation of college students' IE education is investigated and analyzed. The results shown that strengthening the awareness of IE， strengthening the training of teachers， building a training platform， and supporting system guarantee were the important means to improve the ability of IE of students. Curriculum design should be guided by curriculum objectives， and put forward the design ideas of multi-level and multidimensional curriculum system of "freshman entry， sophomore foundation， junior breakthrough， senior practice". In view of the deficiencies existing in the current IE education， feasible suggestions for the optimization of IE course teaching were put forward. It is expected to assist in the formulation and improvement of training programs for application-oriented IE talents in colleges， and provided guidance for the top-level design and deployment of IE in colleges， and cultivate the new era applied talents with the trinity of "morality"， "knowledge" and "ability" for the society.
