膏方联合美容揿针治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑临床效果

[摘 要]目的 研究對气滞血瘀型黄褐斑患者采用膏方联合美容揿针治疗的效果。方法 选择我院2022年1月-12月收治的122例气滞血瘀型黄褐斑患者为研究对象，随机分对照组和观察组，各61例。对照组给予传统激光治疗，观察组给予膏方联合美容揿针治疗，比较两组黄褐斑面积、黄褐斑面积和严重指数（MASI）评分、临床疗效、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）含量、雌激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组黄褐斑面积小于对照组，MASI评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为96.72%，高于对照组的88.52%（P<0.05）；观察组SOD水平高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组P水平高于对照组，LH、E2水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为4.92%，低于对照组的13.11%（P<0.05）。结论 膏方联合美容揿针治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑临床效果良好，可有效减轻黄褐斑严重程度，缩小黄褐斑面积，有利于改善患者的雌激素水平，且治疗后不良反应发生几率较低，安全性较高。

Clinical Effect of Cream Formula Combined with Cosmetic Press Needle in the Treatment of Chloasma Patients with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

[Abstract]Objective To study the intervention effect of cream formula combined with cosmetic press needle on chloasma patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 122 patients with chloasma of qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 61 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional laser therapy， and the observation group was treated with cream formula combined with cosmetic press needle. The clinical efficacy， chloasma area， melasma area and severity index （MASI） score， superoxide dismutase （SOD） content， estrogen level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The area of chloasma in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group， and the MASI score was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.72%， which was higher than 88.52% in the control group （P<0.05）. The level of SOD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The levels of P in the observation group was higher than those in the control group， and the level of LH and E2 were lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.92%， which was lower than 13.11% in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Cream formula combined with cosmetic press needle has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chloasma patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type， which can effectively reduce the severity of chloasma and reduce the area of chloasma. Meanwhile， it is beneficial to improve the estrogen level of patients. The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment is low and the safety is high.

气滞血瘀型黄褐斑（chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis）是黄褐斑中较为常见的疾病类型，患者多由于气滞血瘀引发皮肤表面斑块淤积，严重影響其面部美观，且随着患者年龄的不断增加，其黄褐斑症状也随之加重，进一步增加了治疗难度[1，2]。西医临床上多采用激光治疗黄褐斑，能够将已经形成的斑块通过选择性光热作用进行清除，但激光可能会造成皮肤损伤，引发严重的不良反应。膏方联合美容揿针是较为常见的中医治疗措施，通过内服、外敷用药的方式调节患者的内分泌平衡，改善气滞血瘀症状的效果良好，从而有利于改善黄褐斑皮损情况。近年来，随着我国女性对自身外貌的要求不断提高，针对黄褐斑的治疗需求也不断增加，利用膏方联合美容揿针治疗能够对黄褐斑的临床治疗形势提供辅助[3，4]。本研究旨在探究膏方联合美容揿针治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑的临床效果，现报道如下。……
