延误条件下城市轨道交通影响因素分析及应对策略探究

摘 要：城市轨道交通作为现代化城市重要的公共交通方式之一，以高效、安全、绿色、大运量等优势，为缓解城市交通拥挤、运输能力不足等发挥了极大作用，受到越来越多城市居民的青睐。然而，随着城市轨道交通网络规模的逐渐扩大，列车延误问题越来越严重，对企业的正常运营秩序和市民的正常出行带来了诸多不便，进而造成不良的社会影响。因此，文章在分析造成城市轨道交通列车延误的影响因素的基础上，从设备因素、人为因素、客观因素等方面探究了减缓列车延误的有效应对策略。文章的研究成果可为延误条件下的城市轨道交通列车运行计划的优化及调整提供理论依据和决策支撑。

Abstract： As one of the important public transportation modes in modern cities， urban rail transit has played a great role in alleviating urban traffic congestion and insufficient transportation capacity with its advantages such as high efficiency， safety， greenness and large capacity， and is favored by more and more urban residents. However， with the gradual expansion of the scale of urban rail transit network， the problem of train delay is becoming increasingly serious， which brings many inconveniences to the normal operation order of enterprises and the normal travel of citizens， and then causes adverse social impacts. Therefore， based on the analysis of the influencing factors of urban rail transit train delay， this paper explores the effective coping strategies for slowing down train delay from the aspects of equipment factors， human factors and objective factors. The research results of this paper can provide a theoretical basis and decision-making support for the optimization and adjustment of urban rail transit train operation plan under the condition of delay.

0    引    言

由于各大城市交通压力增加，政府不断地促进城市轨道交通的快速发展，同时，其运营可靠性也受到居民的高度重视。在城市轨道交通日常运营中，列车会受到线路、设备、人为等各种因素的影响，列车延误时而发生。由于城市轨道交通具有行车密度大、客流量大、站间距短等特点，列车一旦发生延误，将无法按照原始列车运行图运行，可能造成整条线路甚至整个系统的运行紊乱，甚至会引发严重的安全事故。因而，迫切需要分析造成城市轨道交通延误的原因并制定相应应对策略。

相关学者对城市轨道交通列车延误开展了多方面的研究。……
