浅谈高职院校学分制教学制度的建设

【摘要】学制制教学改革是高职院校的必然选择。高职院校由于历史短、经验乏、对学分制教学模式的探索也处于起步阶段,观念需要转变,制度需要建设等问题较为突出。当前,高职院校有几个学分制教学制度建设尤为关键,即教学计划管理制度、学籍管理制度、选课制度、考试制度、成绩管理制度等。

【Abstract】The educational system system reform in education is the inevitable choice of senior high vocational school college.The senior high vocational school college is short because of history, experience lack, investigate the credit system teaching mode to also be placed in a beginning stage, idea demand change, system demand the construction's etc.'s problem be more outstanding.Current, the senior high vocational school college have a few credit system teaching system construction for the key, namely teaching plan management system, student status management system, select elective courses system, examination system, result management system...etc..

学分制教学改革是一项艰巨而复杂的系统,涉及因素众多,建立健全相应的管理制度是其中的重要保证之一。俗话说,没有规矩,不成方圆。学分制下,由于选课制的引入,无论是教学管理,还是学生管理、甚至后勤管理都较学年制下发生了重大改变。面对这一复杂的工程,没有制度建设作为工作的依据、指导和保障,是很难想像一个学校可以正常有序运转的。高职院校由于起步晚,对学分制这种教学模式的探求也正处于起步阶段,经验缺乏、观念有待进一步转化、制度不健全等问题比较突出。但是,进行学分制教学改革,又是高职教育顺应市场经济发展的必然趋势。进行学分制改革,要进行全面的制度建设,从教学管理制度、学生管理制度到后勤管理制度等,涉及学生生活、学习的方方面面。学分制下的制度建设应该从哪些方面入手呢?由于涉及面众多,体系不一,限于篇幅,本文只在这里谈谈几个重要的教学制度的建设。
