坚持以生为本 凸现教育实效

【摘要】职业教育就是要以人为中心,突出人的发展,帮助学习者通往“自我实现”的历程。只有坚持从学生实际出发,才能真正体现“一切为了学生,为了一切学生,为了学生一切”的教育思想。因此,职业教育工作者应坚持“以生为本”的教育观,努力唤起学生自信心的同时,一方面,通过推进课改,提高教学实效;另一方面重视德育管理,确保学生成人成才,实现职业教育整体质量的提高。

2009年4月22日,全国人大教育科学文化卫生委员会副主任委员王佐书在全国人大常委会专题记者会上,回答记者提问时指出:目前,我国职业教育的整体质量有待进一步提高。目前,学校的发展已应由硬件建设转向内涵建设,要提高职业教育的整体质量,其中一个非常重要的工作就是确立以生为本的教育教学理念。

理想的教育应该关注每个学生的个性特点和潜能优势,关注学生生命的发展,以满足社会对各种人才的需要。党的“十七大”提出了以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观。可持续发展观的本质是人的可持续发展,以人为本的教育发展观是以人的自由全面发展作为教育的最高理想。职业教育就是要以人为中心,突出人的发展,帮助学习者通往“自我实现”的历程。只有坚持从学生实际出发,才能真正实现“一切为了学生,为了一切学生,为了学生一切”的教育思想。如何做到以生为本,凸现教育实效,我认……
