主要材料价格波动对工程造价的影响分析

摘要：在建筑工程项目投资中，三分之二成本投入来自于主要材料，足见材料费用对工程造价具有重大的影响。因此，本文结合当前市场建筑市场施工材料的发展情况及主要材料的价格走势，初步分析了施工材料价格波动对工程造价的影响，以保证建筑工程造价的合理性与科学性。

Abstract: in the construction engineering project investment, two-thirds cost investment from the main materials, it serves to show material costs to the project cost has significant influence. Therefore, this article with the current market construction market construction materials and main material price trends, preliminary analysis the construction material price fluctuation on the influence of the engineering cost, in order to ensure the construction project cost the rationality and the scientific nature.

在当前建筑工程市场中，施工材料费用占据了成本投入的绝大部分。基于市场经济不断变化时代背景下，施工材料价格的波动不仅影响着工程造价的消耗水平分析，也影响着各项费用的消耗基准，严重影响着工程造价分析与结果的精确性和合理性。如何因地制宜地控制与管理主要施工材料的价格成为建筑工程施工企业工作的重点和难点。因此，分析建筑工程主要材料价格波动对工程造价的影响，对提高工程投资资金的使用效率、确保建筑工程造价的合理性具有非常重要的现实价值和意义。
