高等职业教育改革思路之探析

摘 要：深化职业教育教学改革，进一步发展和完善职业教育，要从实际出发，调整高等职业教育专业目录，拓宽专业面，增加适应性。要大力推进课程的改革和教材建设，要重视以能力培养为本位，提高学生的全面素质和综合职业能力，要把职业能力的培养摆在突出位置，采用“教、学、做”一体化的教学模式，以学生为主体，做到教中学，学中做，做中学，使理论与实践有机的结合在一起，开辟就业的新途径。

Abstract： Deepening of the transformation of professional education， further developing and improving the professional education， we should start from the practice， regulate the specialized content， widen the scope and strengthen the adapt ability， push on the curriculum transformation and the studying of the textbooks. Putting the ability cultivation on the first place， develop the overal and intergrated quality ， adopting the education method of teaching， studying and doing integration， making the student the first place and realizing learn while doing， do while learning， learn while doing. Organic combine the theory with practice， open up the new road of employment.

近年，随着中国经济体形式由“中国制造”到“中国创造”的改变，社会对职业技能生的需求明显增大，职业院校也担负起了培养技能型人才的社会重担。从职业教育现今的发展速度来看，职业教育发展之路才刚刚起步。近年来政府各个部门在改革经济发展的过程中对职业教育的认识已经提高到一个高的阶段。国家在资金投入、政策支持以及教育市场资源开放性上都给予职业教育帮助。同时还要求地方各级政府予以支持，包括对学校老师地位的提高，办学经费的投入等。国家政策的大力扶持才有了职业教育的蓬勃发展。我国正在编制《现代职业教育体系建设规划（2012-2020年）》，对未来我国职业教育进行通盘考虑和整体设计。中国力争到2020年将要建成“适应需求、内部衔接、外部对接、多元立交”的具有中国特色、世界水准的现代职业教育体系。从社会需求上来看，职业教育也受到了用人单位的热捧。现在企业发展得相当快，很多单位出现技能型人才断层现象，有的企业甚至是到学校进行订单式培养。……
