高校辅导员队伍专业化建设对策研究

摘 要：在高校辅导员队伍建设经历了一个多甲子的发展，目前我国高校辅导员队伍专业化建设仍面临角色定位误区，队伍结构不协调，队伍缺乏稳定性等严峻挑战。面对以上挑战，要将高校辅导员队伍从普通职业转向专门职业，必须将辅导员队伍进行专业地定位，科学地调整结构，以及规范化的管理，才能完成高等学校辅导员队伍专业化建设。

Countermeasures of Professional Construction of University Counsellor Team

Abstract： Though more than 60 years of development of construction， the professional construction of university counsellor teams still face severe challenges， such as misunderstanding of the role definition， the absonant team structure， and the weak stability. Facing the challenges above， we must position university counselor teams professionally， adjust structures scientifically， and administrate them normatively， in order to realize the professional construction of university counsellor teams.

高等院校担负着培养与中国特色社会主义建设事业相适应的高级专门人才的重要任务。然而，随着高等教育大众化后，大学生源结构发生变化，突出特点是其素质差距扩大，加上世界经济全球化和政治多极化的发展，国内经济、政治、文化体制改革，社会分层和流动加剧、信息网络以及多种思潮等的影响，给高校的思想政治工作带来了一定的压力。面对这一系列全新挑战，过去的“经验型发展”、“应急型发展”显然已经不合时宜了，建立一支稳定的高层次的专业化高校辅导员队伍显得举足轻重，而在当前，高校辅导员队伍建设还存在面临一些挑战。

1 目前高校辅导员队伍专业化建设面临的挑战

1.1 辅导员队伍角色定位存在误区

目前部分高校，高校的一些部门，甚至有的辅导员自身对辅导员队伍角色定位认识仍有一定偏差，存在较大误区，并在我国现阶段一些高职院校和地方新建本科院校表现尤为突出。这些角色定位误区主要有以下两点。……
