以角色入住课堂的法学教学改革分析

摘 要 随着时代的不断发展，建立法制社会一直都是我国社会主义社会建设发展的重要目标之一。要想建立法制社会，就需要大量的法制人才，因此法学教育至关重要。然而，现阶段我国高校的法学教育还存在着很多弊端，法学教学改革成为高校教育改革的重要组成部分。本文中，我们从角色入住课堂法入手，对我国法学教学的改革进行分析。

Abstract With the continuous development of the times， to establish the legal community has always been one of the important goals of our society and building a socialist development. To establish the legal community， it requires a lot of legal talent， and therefore vital legal education. However， at this stage of university legal education， there are still many drawbacks， teaching reform law has become an important part of higher education reform. In this paper， we start from the role occupancy classroom method to analyze teaching reform of law.

现阶段，快速发展社会对我国的法学教育提出了一系列新的要求，而传统的法学教学方式已经无法满足这些要求，因此传统法学教育模式暴露出各种各样的问题，法学教育改革迫在眉睫。法学教育改革以改革教学方法为要，当前众多法学教育研究者提出了一系列新型法学教学方法，接下来我们以角色入住课堂方法为代表展开分析。

1 当前法学教学分析

1.1 当前法学教学的发展现状

我国法学教学经过几十年的发展取得了明显的成效，但是随着时代的发展，传统法学教学模式已经无法满足时代的要求，其具体表现在：

第一，法学教师的教学水平不足。法学教学是一门涉及到政治、经济、文化等各方面，并且具有极高专业要求的学科，因此法学教师除了要掌握专业的法学知识外，还要了解与法学教育有关的政治、经济、文化等方面的知识。现阶段，虽然我国法学教师数量在不断增加，教师专业水平在不断提高，但是教师的工作能力却并没有明显的提高。……
