地方高校学生党员干部素质培养机制研究

摘 要 地方高校学生干部队伍在学生工作中发挥着重要作用，而学生党员干部是这支队伍的重要力量，起着模范、表率作用。分析地方高校学生党员干部培养的存在问题和造成原因，切实加强学生党员干部能力和素质的培养，对完善和发展高校学生工作乃至党建工作有着重要意义。文章立足钦州学院的实际，探索其作为地方高校培养学生党员干部的方法和途径。

On the Mechanism of Local College Student Party Cadres' Quality Training

Student Party member cadres， which is one of important parts of this team， can play an exemplary role. It will be of great significance for the development of student work， even party construction to analyze the existing problems as well as the cause and enhance the cultivation of quality and ability of student party member cadres. This thesis is， based on the situation of Qinzhou University， aiming to search for the cultivation measures for student party members of local college and universities.

高校学生党员干部是学生工作的生力军，是学生干部中的重要力量。如何有效加强和提高学生干部党员队伍建设和发展质量，是高校学生党建工作重要课题和重要任务。①高校学生党员干部素质的培养不仅反映了地方高校学生党建工作的状况，更是高校学生工作以及人才培养成效的重要标志。

1 地方高校学生党员干部的重要性

1.1 地方高校学生党员干部在学生干部中起着先锋模范带头作用

（1）学生党员干部学习成绩较为优异，是学习上的尖兵。学习成绩优劣是高校大学生入党条件之一，是入党的重要参考因素。作为学生党员干部，理应做学习上的榜样，这是学生党员干部体现党员先进性的一个重要方面。（2）学生党员干部思想政治初显成熟，是思想上的先锋。学生党员干部基本都在党校接受过系统培训，在学习、领会党的思想、路线、方针和政策等方面，比普通学生更有优势。……
