浅谈如何在高职英语听说课教学中激发和培养学生学习动机

摘 要 高职英语教师指出，在高职英语听说课教学中学生的兴趣不高，没有学习的动力。本文主要针对高职学生对英语听说课教学没有兴趣甚至厌学的情况进行了分析，分析了这种情况出现的原因，并提出了在高职英语听说课教学中激发和培养学生学习动力的对策。

How to Stimulate and Develop Students' Learning Motivation in

Vocational College English Listening and Speaking Teaching

Abstract Vocational English teacher pointed out that interest in vocational teaching English listening and speaking high school students is not high， there is no motivation to learn. This paper mainly for vocational students are not interested in teaching English listening and speaking even weariness analyzed the situation， analyze the reasons for this to happen， and put forward countermeasures to stimulate and develop students' learning motivation in college English listening and speaking teaching.

1 高职英语听说课教学中学生学习动机现状

当前信息技术的不断发展和学习机会的易得导致了很多高职学生并不珍惜学习的机会，英语听说课教学受到了威胁。面对学生学习兴趣不高的情况，教师也试图通过考勤、抽查、提问等方式来进行应对，但是效果并不明显。在高职英语教师中，有很大的一部分教师将学生不喜欢上英语听说课的原因都归咎到学生身上，实际上除了学生自身的原因之外，还包括教学内容实用性差、教学方式单一等。①

1.1 学生的英语基础较差

高职院校的招生规模不断扩大导致了高职学生水平差异变大，很多学生的英语基础都较差。学生掌握的词汇量比较少就会对学生的英语的阅读、写作、口语表达等造成影响，很多学生都因此而在课堂中不愿意用英语进行表达，使学生渐渐失去了学习英语听说课的信心，抱着应付的态度来对待这门课程。还有一些学生有学习英语的信心，但是由于学习方法不当等情况而没有得到很好的学习效果，最后也会对英语失去学习兴趣。……
