国际性视野下经济法教学改革的探索

摘 要 我国加入WTO后，经济法制立法理念与实践的国际性成为应对全球经济一体化的有效之道。但高校经济法教学中，国际性视野并没有贯穿当前教材、教学理念及教学实践中，传统经济法教学内容、教学方法及考核方式也存在着对国际性因素和视野关注不够的局限。本文结合自己的教学经验，根据经济法课程的特点，试图探索更适应培养国际经济竞争与合作所需的应用型专业人才的经济法教学改革方法。

Exploring the Teaching Reform of Economic Law in International Perspective

Abstract After China's accession to WTO， the concept of international economic law legislation and practice to become an effective response to the global economic integration of the road. But Law teaching universities， international vision and no runs through the current textbooks， teaching philosophy and teaching practice， the traditional economic law teaching content， teaching methods and assessment methods also exist for international factors and insufficient attention to the limitations of vision. Combining the author's own teaching experience， according to the characteristics of economic law courses， trying to explore more ways of economics law teaching reform to adapt to nurture international economic competition and cooperation applied professionals.

经济法是高等院校法学专业的核心课程，也是经济学、管理学专业开设的专业基础课之一。该课程教学目的是通过经济法制理论的讲授，使学生联系实践，准确地掌握经济法律法规的实质内容和实务技能。但在国内市场融入世界经济的国际化发展趋势下，但当前经济法教学中存在“国际性”视角的缺失，直接影响到将学生培养成适应国际经济竞争与合作所需的应用型人才教学目标的实现。笔者结合教学实践，试探索反映国际化视野的法学或非法学专业的经济法教改策略，与同行和学者们交流。

1 经济法教学中国际性视野缺失的主要表现

1.1 教材中相关内容和知识点的缺少

目前，国内各专业选用的经济法教材版本繁多，并没有较好地吸纳我国经济立法国际性因素及相关理论成果。

一是在教材内容上，各专业教材的内容适用性不强。各专业编写和选取教材时存在内容、编排体系的固化，缺乏结合司法考试、会计类、经济类资格考试所需的实用法律知识。……
