土木卓越工程师核心课程教学研究

摘 要 卓越工程师课程体系建设是近年来高校在专业发展研究上的热点问题。本文立足土木工程教学中与工程结合紧密的核心课程，以专业基础课结构力学、专业课混凝土结构设计和实践课程测量实习为切入点，对土木卓越工程师培养教学系统研究。按照卓越工程师培养目标，搭建以扎实的基础理论、以工程意识养成和工程素质培养为主线的“两个平台”的课程教学体系建设；强化以理论与实践的紧密结合、应用与生产科研结合的“两个结合”为核心内容的卓越工程师培养模式，有效实现了土木工程卓越工程师的培养。

Abstract Excellent engineer course construction is a hot topic in recent years on the professional development of universities. This article is based civil engineering teaching core curriculum linked closely with engineering， professional basic course "Structural Mechanics"， specialized "Design of Concrete Structures" and practical course "Surveying Practice" as the starting point for the civil engineer research excellence in teaching systems training. Training engineers in accordance with the goal of excellence， build a solid foundation in theory， to engineering and engineering quality training to develop awareness of the main line of the "two platforms" course teaching system construction； enhanced to closely integrate theory and practice， combined with the application of scientific research and production "Two combination" as the core content of the outstanding engineer training mode， the effective realization of civil engineering excellence in training engineers.

我国有工科类在校学生700多万，居世界首位，但培养质量却无法与世界先进国家相比。科技人力资源的总量3200万人，每年有3万多项省部级以上科技成果和7万多项专利技术，但能推广应用的仅占10%左右。①出现这种现象的一个重要原因是我国缺少能够进行科技成果转化的创新型工程技术人才。基于这一问题，2010年6月教育部在天津大学召开了“卓越工程师教育培养计划”（以下简称“卓越计划”）启动大会，并联合国务院有关部门、行业协（学）会和部分企业，共同部署和实施“卓越计划”。②③

“卓越计划”是贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》（2010-2020年）和《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要》（2010-2020年）的重大改革项目，致力于面向工业界、面向世界、面向未来，培养造就一批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量各类型工程技术人才，为建设创新型国家、实现工业化和现代化奠定坚实的人力资源基础。……
