生命维度关照下的幼儿教学评价

摘 要 生命化幼儿教学评价是基于生命的视角对幼儿园整体教学系统做出价值判断的过程。生命化幼儿教学评价的目的强调提升幼儿整体素质、成全幼儿个性发展，激发幼儿自主创造；评价内容注重对教学设计、教学过程、教学效果的评价；评价主体强调幼儿自身的评价地位、提升幼儿家长的评价地位、注重评价主体之间的对话；评价实施强调评价标准的个性化、评价方式的多样化。

Abstract Life childhood education evaluation is a process to make value judgments on the kindergarten teaching system based on the overall perspective of life. Lives of young children improve teaching evaluation purposes emphasize the overall quality of child care， child personality development sake， inspire children to create autonomous； evaluate the content focus on instructional design， teaching process， teaching effectiveness evaluation； evaluation of the main emphasis on evaluation of the status of their children， improve child care parents evaluation status， focusing on the dialogue between the main evaluation； evaluation diversify emphasize individualized evaluation criteria， evaluation methods.

生命视角下的幼儿教学评价是对幼儿园整体教学系统做出价值判断的过程。其在整个幼儿园生命关怀教学系统中具有十分重要的地位，其既是教学实施的起点，又是教学实施的终点，其可以使生命化教学活动得到有效实施。

1 生命化幼儿教学评价目的

生命维度关照下的教学评价的功能定位不是鉴别或证明幼儿的发展状况，而是促进幼儿生命持续不断地发展。生命化幼儿教学评价秉承“以幼儿生命发展为本”的价值取向，充分考虑幼儿个体的生命价值与需要，使幼儿教学评价充分发挥其“促进发展”的本体功能。实现幼儿教学评价功能的本体回归——促进幼儿生命和谐发展，是生命化幼儿教学评价的根本目的。

1.1 提升幼儿整体素质

从最本质的意义上说，幼儿是“人”。“人”是自然生命、社会生命与精神生命的统一体，人不但有自然肉体的生长，而且人的发展是一个社会化的过程，而且还有精神的提升和升华。……
