摘 要 心理健康教育是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分，辅导员在肩负大学生思想政治教育的同时，也担负着大学生心理咨询的工作职责。本文通过探讨辅导员与心理咨询师在主客关系、态度理念和职权范围上的区别，阐述了两者之间的角色冲突。认为辅导员必须理性的鉴别大学生心理问题的类别和程度，才能有效的开展符合自身职能属性的大学生心理健康教育工作。

Differences from Each Other

——On College Counselors and Counselors' Role Conflicts and Coping Strategies

Abstract Mental health education is an important part of the ideological and political education， counselors' ideological and political education in the shoulder， but also charged with the duties of college counseling. This paper discussed the difference between counselors and counselors in the subject-object relationship， attitudes philosophy and terms of reference， describes the role of conflict between the two. Counselors must be considered a rational psychological problem to identify the type and extent， in order to effectively carry out mental health education of college students in line with their own functions attributes.

随着我国社会的高速发展，心理疾病已经成为困扰大学生健康成长的重要因素。《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》指出：“要建立健全心理健康教育和咨询的专门机构，配备足够数量的专兼职心理健康教育教师，积极开展大学生心理健康教育和心理咨询辅导，引导大学生健康成长。”据此，越来越多的高校学生工作部门加强了对辅导员心理健康知识的培训，并逐渐引导辅导员考取心理咨询师从业资格，以期借此提升辅导员从事大学是心理健康教育的工作效率，降低由学生心理问题而引发的各种隐患。

心理问题的研究是思想政治教育领域一个重要的组成部分。但是应当引起重视的是，辅导员并不能完全等同于心理咨询师，也并非是具有思想政治教育者和心理咨询师的双重身份。这是因为即便两者在工作目标上存在一定的相似性——培养个体正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，提升心理素质，促进个体健康、愉快、有意义的生活。……
