“三元一体”的高职学生教育机制构建①

摘 要：高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，高职学生的群体特点已成为反应当代中国青年学生特点的重要维度之一。高职院校可以根据学生的群体特点，以贯穿学生日常活动的校园文化、班级文化和寝室文化为载体，构建“三元一体”教育机制，发挥教育内力、活力与合力，全方位强化高职学生文化熏陶，促进高职学生特点养成和综合素质能力提升，形成高职教育工作新局面。

Construction of Three-in-one Education Mechanism into Higher Vocational Students

Abstract：While higher vocational education plays an important part in higher education of contemporary China， the characteristics of higher vocational students has become a response to the characteristics of young students. Based on the common characteristics of higher vocational students，higher vocational colleges could construct the Three-in-one education mechanism by the cultures of college，class as well as dormitory which occupy most of their daily life. With a combination of educational force， vitality and cohesion， the Three-in-one education mechanism would equip students with culture in all directions and improve their comprehensive qualities and abilities so as to make new progress in higher vocational education.

高等職业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，随着新形势下高等职业教育的蓬勃发展，高职学生的群体特点已成为反应当代中国青年学生特点的重要维度之一。党的十八大报告强调：“提高国家文化软实力，发挥文化引领风尚、教育人民、服务社会、推动发展的作用。”而校园文化、班级文化、寝室文化作为高职学生日常活动的重要载体，对于其特点养成和综合素质能力提升具有积极而深远的意义。为此，我们可以根据高职学生的群体特点，从三大载体的文化育人功能入手，探索“三元一体”教育机制，做好高职学生教育工作。

1 高职学生的特点

与普通本科生一样，高职学生的政治观、人生观、价值观主流是积极向上的，他们爱党爱国、敢打敢拼、朝气蓬勃，是一个荣辱感、危机感和使命感兼备的青年群体。但同时，这个群体还存在着以下几个明显的特点[1]。……
