高等教育质量的若干问题再讨论

摘 要 伴随我国社会主义市场经济处于重大变革期中，我国高等院校的质量问题已越发突出起来，具体表现：学校的办学宗旨不够明确，大学生自我动手能力较差，社会对当代大学生能力普遍评价较低。针对上诉问题，笔者认为主要是我国高等教育质量问题所导致。本文主要从教学方法、市场机制、社会价值观、管理者四个方面来探索，为我国高等教育的质量问题献计献策。

Several Problems of Higher Education Quality

Abstract Along with our country socialist market economy in a major transformation period， the quality problem of the institutions of higher learning in our country has been more prominent， the specific performance： the aim of school is not clear， poor college students' self ability， society to the contemporary college students ability general evaluation is low. For the appeal， the author thinks that the main is our country's higher education quality problem caused. This article mainly from the teaching method， the market mechanism， social values， management four aspects to explore， for the improvement of the quality problem of our country's higher education to give some reference.

由于新世纪高等教育扩招和当前全社会就业难等形势在一定程度上凸显了我国高等教育质量问题。面对当前实际态势，政府和学校也采取了相关的政策、措施。例如，政府要求学校加快自身学校在全省、乃至全国核心竞争力的步伐；各学校针对自身办学特色在培养方案、奖励机制、学科建设、人才培养模式、行政运行机制等进行改革。如何建立教育教学质量的保障体系变得越发重要起来。因此，本研究立足当前实际形势，为我国高等教育质量问题进行相关的分析，为国家教育部门和高等学校提供一定的理论参考和借鉴。以下四方面进行展开探讨来提高高等教育质量的一些对策。

1 教学方法与高等教育质量的关系探索

通过文献查阅发现现在的教学条件较过去有很大提高，同时根据很多学者和教师在国外大学访问学习后的体会，我国很多大学的设施并不落后外国。因此，如何看待我国大学教育质量？……
