建筑设计中的建筑节能措施

【摘要】随着世界资源的日益紧缺，人们节能意识的不断提高，现代建筑领域加大了对节能型建筑的研究，以通过建筑工程的规划及功能性设计起到减少能源消耗及提高建筑舒适度的目的。因此，本文就此为切入点，分析了建筑设计中的建筑节能的现状，探讨了建筑设计中建筑节能的基本原则，并对其建筑设计中建筑节能措施的运用进行了阐明。

【Abstract】As the world increasingly scarce resources， and constantly improve people's awareness of energy conservation， modern construction sector increased research on energy-efficient buildings， construction projects through the planning and functional design serve to reduce energy consumption and improve building comfort purposes . Therefore， this is the starting point of this article analyzes the current situation of building energy building design， discusses the basic principles of architectural design in building energy efficiency， and the use of building energy-saving measures to clarify its architectural design.

1. 引言

发展节能型建筑是当今建筑领域的发展战略，是实现建筑工程事业可持续发展的重要理念及举措。节能型建筑一方面可以减少对社会能源的消耗，起到保护能源的目的，同时节能型建筑在某种程度上能降低工程成本投入和提高建筑的舒适度。因此，在建筑设计中要扩散思维，以经济环保，降低能耗为出发点和落脚点，积极探索建筑节能措施。

2. 建筑设计中的建筑节能的现状分析

（1）我国对于建筑节能技术的应用还处于刚刚起步阶段，与发达国家存在着较大的距离，存在着能源上的严重浪费。目前我国节能设计技术在推广过程中还存在着较多的问题，缺乏完善的配套政策，节能管理体制和监管缺失，在实际推广过程中存在着执法不严的情况，而且缺乏必要的监督，目前对于建筑节能的推广在资金投入上较少，建筑节能的基础研究缺乏，没有完善的建筑节能标准与之配套。建筑产品作为一个完整的整体，其要想实现节能的要求，则需要多个专业和多个部门之间良好的配合，从而实现节能的要求。……
