论新闻评论节目的舆论监督功能

[摘要]新闻舆论监督是有效的监督方式之一。近年来，新闻舆论监督在社会生活中发挥的作用越来越大，效果越来越好，但仍然存在各种问题。本文通过探讨新闻监督类节目概况，思考《焦点访谈》注重实施舆论监督作用，研究其发挥舆论监督过程中存在的问题和解决方向，对舆论监督类节目的社会监督功能加以思考和突破。

舆论监督[1]是公众通过传播媒体对社会公共生活进行评论、批评以表达意见和建议的重要手段。在社会主义市场经济条件下，社会关系已不单单是人与人之间的问题，各种矛盾和纠纷因地区与地区、行业与行业、部门与部门之间的激烈竞争而加剧。此时，各种社会行为都需要重新规范，社会监督就显得尤为重要而新闻评论类节目以其针砭时弊、敢言敢断、以生活为肉体、以争正义为血脉，在整个舆论监督的过程中起着不可替代的作用。这种监督对社会主义和谐社会的稳定建立和社会主义市场经济的有序发展不仅有着重要意义，而且也是极其必要的。特别是观众参与意识和社会责任感的增强，也使新闻评论类节目的舆论监督功能广泛而深刻的影响着我国政治、经济、人民大众的生活。

随着生活节奏的加快，快餐文化[1]的异军突起，新闻评论类节目也成为这支文化的主流思想，并以其特有的语言形式向观众诉说这自己的故事。从一开始的新闻主播加专家连线，如《焦点访谈》，到新闻主播加现场模拟在现，如《道德观察》，再到如今的新闻主播加现场评论员，如新闻《1+1》等，无论哪种诉说，最终来源于最初的形式《焦点访谈》。……
