基于云服务的广电IT架构建设思考

摘 要： 简述了基于云服务的广电IT架构建设，分析了它的现状和未来发展，结合现有技术，为广电行业设计了一个基于云服务的信息化架构。通过部署云服务，可以很好的解决传统IT基础设施扩张带来的资源利用率偏低、业务部署缓慢、运维成本高等问题。利用云计算技术手段实现了IT资源的自动化扩展，可以根据业务按需快速交付与弹性扩展。

Reflections on construction of IT architecture for radio and TV industry based on cloud service

Abstract： This paper describes the construction of radio and television IT architecture based on cloud services， analyzes its present situation and future development， and combined with the existing technology， designs an IT architecture based on cloud services for radio and TV industry. By deploying a cloud service， the problems of resource utilization low， business deployment slow and operation and maintenance costs high etc.， which is brought by traditional IT infrastructure expansion， can be solved perfectly. Using cloud computing technologies， the automatic extension of IT resources can be realized for fast delivery and flexible on-demand extension according to the business expansion.

0 引言

“这是一个最好的时代，这是一个最坏的时代，这是一个光明的时代，又是一个黑暗的时代。”——很多人用狄更斯的《双城记》里的开篇名句来描述我们所处的这个时代。从90年开始的IT风云到随后的互联网泡沫破灭，再到大数据、云计算、移动互联网等技术峰起云涌，不管是主动拥抱还是勉强接受，所有事物都被裹挟在这些技术潮流中不断前行。广电媒体感受到从OTT、网络电视、移动视频等互联网行业四面八方带来的压迫，同时也置身于更缤纷宽广的世界中，与其固步自封，不如用开放的心态拥抱技术创新，积极摸索如何应用云平台技术来提升服务效率和业务创新能力[1]。

1 低质量IT服务是影响业务创新的大敌

传统广电媒体经过多年的摸索已经从视音频专用网逐渐转变为通用IT系统。从磁带到文件，从SDI电缆到以太网络，从切换台、字幕机、编辑器等专用平台到以标准存储、服务器加应用软件的C/S架构。传统媒体通过网络化信息化的IT系统实现全台信息系统流程管理，通过主干系统加强台内信息资源共享，这些工作已经很大程度的改变了以往分散、隔离的信息孤岛架构，全台的耦合度在加深。……
