中药外敷配合赤泽怀剂治疗膝骨性关节炎

摘要：目的研究中药外敷配合赤泽怀剂内服对瘀血阻滞型膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者疼痛程度的影响。方法选择我院的KOA患者70例，将其随机分为中医组和西医组各35例。给予中医组中药外敷配合赤泽怀剂内服，西医组膝关节注射玻璃酸钠治疗。比较分析2组的治疗效果、痛疼程度的评分以及症状、体征的积分。结果治疗的有效率在中医组较西医组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前的视觉模拟(VAS)评分以及症状、体征积分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；中医组治疗后的VAS评分以及症状、体征积分均较西医组低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05，P<0.05)；2组治疗前与治疗后的VAS评分以及症状、体征积分之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷配合赤泽怀剂内服对瘀血阻滞证型KOA患者的治疗效果较好,且对患者症状、体征以及降低痛疼程度的效果也很好。

Chinese medicine external treatment combined with Akazawa Achyranthes for knee osteoarthritis

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the impact in pain of patients with blood stasis syndrome type of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) treated by TCM herbs with oral Akazawa Achyranthes.MethodsTo choose our hospital 70 case of patients with KOA.They were randomly divided into two groups of Chinese medicine 35 cases and Western medicine group 35 cases.Patients in the Chinese medicine group were given the therapy of TCM herbs with Akazawa Achyranthes.Patients in the Western medicine group were given the therapy of injection of sodium hyaluronate into the knee.Comparison and analysis of two groups’ treatment effects,the degree of pain scores,the symptoms and signs of integration.ResultsEffectiveness of treatment in the Chinese medicine group was higher than Western medicine group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment the differences the two groups of Visual analogue (VAS) scores,and symptoms and signs of integration was not statistically significant (P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,and symptoms and signs of integration of Chinese medicine group were lower than Western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05,P<0.05).The differences in VAS scores and symptoms and signs of integration between the two groups before treatment and after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionTCM herbs with oral Akazawa Achyranthes pharmacy for blood stasis syndrome type KOA patients have a better therapeutic effect and good at reduce the patient's symptoms,signs,and pain.

膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis，KOA)是一种多见于中老年人的骨性关节炎，临床上常表现为关节的肿胀及疼痛，晚期可导致膝关节的畸形[1]。西医治疗主要是对症处理及关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠。而中医认为KOA是由于患者肝肾亏虚,加之风寒湿邪入侵和创伤劳损导致的关节内气血流通受阻，筋骨失养[2]。给予活血化瘀、消肿止痛也可以取得较好的效果[3]。但对于两者治疗效果的比较目前研究尚且不足。因此，本研究对我院的70例KOA患者分别给予中、西医治疗,统计分析两者效果，旨在指导临床合理选择应用。……
