冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病

摘要：目的观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者疗效。方法收集110例稳定期COPD患者，在西医常规治疗基础上在7—8月进行温阳益气散寒方穴位贴敷疗法。结果110例COPD患者经过2个疗程治疗后，显效21例，有效76例，无效13例,总有效率为88.18%。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病，可以达到未病先防，既病防变，病愈防复的目的。

in summer for acupoint sticking therapy

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe clinical curative effect on treating winter disease in summer for acupoint sticking therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients in stable phase.MethodsThe 110 cases of stable COPD patients were treated by acupoint sticking therapy with Wenyang Yiqi Sanhan party,based on conventional treatment of Western medicine in July-August.ResultsThe 110 patients with COPD were treated after 2 courses,which of 21 cases were markedly effective,effective 76 cases,invalid 13 cases,the total effective rate 88.18%.ConclusionTreating winter disease in summer for acupoint sticking therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is effective and should be widely applied.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一种需长期治疗的慢性疾病，世界卫生组织COPD全球防治战略会议确定的首要治疗原则是通过缓解期的治疗，增强体质，提高机体免疫力和抗病能力，彻底消除气道内的炎症和病理产物，从而达到预防COPD发作的目的[1]，延缓其发展成为医疗护理最现实的目标。运用传统中医药对其防治有重要意义。为了探讨有效的防治措施，根据中医“冬病夏治”的理论及COPD稳定期肺肾阳虚的特点，加强稳定期病情控制、减少急性加重发作是本病防控关键。课题组在医院前期工作的基础上，利用金山区中医药适宜技术推广基地，探索冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法社区防治COPD推广服务模式，并对本疗法治疗稳定期慢阻肺的临床疗效，现报道如下。……
