固定与活动义齿联合修复在牙列缺损中的临床应用效果

[摘要] 目的 探讨分析固定与活动义齿联合修复在牙列缺损中的临床作用。方法 整群选取该院2012年1月—2014年10月期间接收治疗的100例牙列缺损患者作为研究分析对象，将此100例患者按入院单双号分为对照组和研究组，每组50例，对照组患者采用传统的固定义齿进行治疗，研究组患者采用固定与活动义齿进行治疗，治疗后，比较两组患者临床疗效和患者满意度状况。 结果 比较两组患者治疗疗效，研究组（96%）明显优于对照组（80%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。比较两组患者治疗后满意度状况，研究组总满意度为98%，对照组总满意度为86%，两组比较，研究组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 治疗牙列缺损可将固定与活动义齿联合修复方案作为首选治疗方案，此方式可提高患者治疗疗效，改善患者满意度，具有较大临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of combined repair of fixed and removable denture in treatment of dentition defect. Methods 100 cases with dentition defect treated in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research object and divided into control group and research group according to the odd and even number on admission with 50 cases in each， the control group were given traditional fixed denture treatment， the research group were given fixed and removable denture treatment， after treatment， the clinical curative effects and satisfactory condition of patients were compared. Results The curative effect of the research group was 96%， which was obviously better than that（80%） of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）； the total satisfactory degree of the research group was 98%， which was obviously better than that（86%） of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The combined repair plan of fixed and removable denture in treatment of dentition defect can be the preferred treatment plan， which can improve the curative effect and improve the satisfactory degree of patients and it is of great clinical application value.

牙列缺损指部分牙齿缺损造成恒牙牙列不完整，对患者辅助发音和咀嚼功能存在影响，此影响程度根据患者缺失牙的数量和部位决定，降低了患者的生活质量[1]。有患者因为及时采取有效治疗，由于牙冠磨损造成余留前牙变短，因此对修复的造成一定难度。随着社会经济水平的发展，人们生活水平的提高，因此也就对口腔的美感和健康的要求越来越高。针对此疾病的治疗，常用方式为传统的固定修复方式。有研究报道，固定与活动义齿联合修复牙列缺损存在固定义齿、可摘义齿的特点，明显优于传统的固定修复方式。为证实此观点，为探讨分析固定与活动义齿联合修复在牙列缺损中的临床应用，该研究整群选取该院2012年1月—2014年10月期间收治的100例牙列缺损患者作为研究分析对象，取得了良好疗效，现报道如下。
