石菖蒲-远志药对配对前后水煎液中挥发性成分的含量变化分析

石菖蒲-远志药对配对前后水煎液中挥发性成分的含量变化分析

摘要：目的研究经典药对石菖蒲-远志配伍前后水煎液中挥发性成分的含量变化。方法煎煮法分别获得石菖蒲-远志药对和单味药材的水煎液，气相色谱法(GC)测定水煎液中α-细辛醚和β-细辛醚的含量。结果石菖蒲-远志药对中α-细辛醚的含量为0.048%，β-细辛醚的含量为0.812%；石菖蒲单煎中α-细辛醚的含量为0.049%，β-细辛醚的含量1.012%；结论石菖蒲、远志配伍后，α-细辛醚含量无明显变化，β细辛醚含量显著降低(P<0.05)。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo research the volatilis components′ variation in decoction before and after Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd matched-pairs.MethodsThe decoction of matched pair of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd and each herb were extracted by bulliens aqua，the contents of α-asaricin and β-asaricin in the decoction were determined by GC.ResultsThe contents of α-asaricin and β-asaricin in the decoction of matched pair of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd were 0.048% and 0.812%.The contents of α-asaricin and β-asaricin in the decoction of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott were 0.049% and 1.012%.ConclusionAfter the match of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Polygala tenuifolia Willd,the content of β-asaricin was decreased obviously(P<0.05)，but there was not obviously change of α-asaricin.

石菖蒲-远志药对出自《圣济总录》，名曰远志汤，远志通于肾交于心，石菖蒲开窍启闭宁神，二药伍用，通心窍、交心肾，益肾、健脑、聪智，开窍、启闭、宁神之力增强[1]。挥发油是石菖蒲的主要药效物质，α-细辛醚和β-细辛醚是石菖蒲挥发油的主要组成部分，分别占挥发油的6.35%和66.15%左右[2]，本研究拟采用水煎煮法分别对石菖蒲-远志药对和单味药材进行提取，GC法测定水煎液中α-细辛醚和β-细辛醚的含量，以期分析配伍对α-细辛醚和β-细辛醚含量的影响。
