清火栀麦片的稳定性研究

摘要：目的探讨清火栀麦片的稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定清火栀麦片在一定的温度和湿度下放置不同时间后，其主要有效成分栀子苷、穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。结果经加速稳定性试验，放置6个月之后，栀子苷含量无显著差异，穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯含量则均下降。结论该方法测定结果准确，精密度和重现性较好，清火栀麦片质量较为稳定。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the stability of Qinghuozhimai Tablets.MethodsUsing high performance liquid chromatography determination of Qinghuozhimai Tablets placed at different times in a certain temperature and humidity,the content of its main effective component geniposide,andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide.ResultsThrough accelerated stability test,after storing for 6 months,the content of geniposide had no significant difference and the contents of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were descended.ConclusionThe method was accurate,precise and reproducible.The quality of Qinghuozhimai Tablets was stable.

清火栀麦片收载于《中国药典》2010年版(一部)，由穿心莲、栀子、麦冬3味药组成，具有清热解毒，凉血消肿功效。用于肺胃热盛所致的咽喉肿痛、发热、牙痛、目赤。穿心莲、栀子是清火栀麦片的主要药味，其主要成分在制剂中的稳定性对该药品的质量稳定性及药效起着极其重要的作用。本文通过HPLC测定法和《中国药典》2010年版附录二的加速稳定性试验考察法，考察清火栀麦片中栀子苷、穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量变化，以了解该制剂的稳定性及对储存条件的要求，为以后的生产、销售储存提供参考数据。

1仪器与试药

1.1仪器Dionex Summit P680高效液相色谱仪(ASI-100TM自动进样器，PDA-100二极管阵列检测器，变色龙色谱工作站)。
