重庆市公共图书馆发表论文计量分析——免费开放背景下绩效评价的视角

摘要：文章以CNKI中国学术期刊网络出版总库为数据源， 对2011—2013年重庆市公共图书馆专业人员发表的学术论文从年度分布、发文量、核心期刊发文情况、核心作者、合作情况、被引篇数和被引频次等方面进行了统计分析，揭示了重庆市公共图书馆学术研究的现状，针对免费开放背景下图书馆员绩效评价进行思考。

Abstract：The librarians are of one element indicating the core competitiveness of a library, and the performance evaluation is crucial to reflect the librarians’ ability of scientific research. As an important evaluation index system of librarians’ performance, it is highly necessary to make an statistical analysis of the papers published by the librarians in core journals and other periodicals of a library from the contains, numbers, the first authors, co-authors, chronology of the published papers, and the frequency of the papers cited, aims to reveal the present situation of the academic researches of the public libraries in Chongqing City, and puts forward some thoughts on performance evaluation of the librarians under the background of free opening.

重庆市共有公共图书馆43个，其中2个省级馆，19个区级馆，22个县级馆。各馆全面推行免费开放三年以来，取得了良好的社会效益。为进一步提升公共文化服务效能，图书馆员绩效评价成为研究的重要课题，而科研能力又是馆员绩效评价指标体系中不可缺少的内容。笔者选取2011—2013年重庆市公共图书馆专业人员发表的学术论文，从其年度分布、发文量、核心期刊发文情况、核心作者、合作情况、被引篇数和被引频次等方面进行统计分析，揭示出重庆市公共图书馆学术研究的现状，针对免费开放背景下图书馆员绩效评价进行思考。
