耳压拔罐联合治疗早期乳痈临床研究*

提要目的：观察“通乳三穴”拔罐联合耳穴压豆法对早期乳痈的治疗效果。方法：将80例早期乳痈患者分为治疗组与对照组两组，每组40例。治疗组采用“通乳三穴”拔罐配合耳穴压豆法治疗，对照组以头孢硫脒静滴。通过治疗前后症状体征变化评价疗效。结果：治疗组症状体征方面疗效评价，治愈率和总有效率分别为90.0%和97.5%；对照组分别为70.0%和77.5% 。结论："通乳三穴"拔罐配合耳穴压豆对早期乳痈疗效肯定。

AbstractObjective: to observe the curative effect of cupping on the three acupoints for lactogenesis combined with ear pressing in treating early acute mastitis. Methods: 80 cases with early acute mastitis divided into treatment group and control group, the former were treated with cupping combined with ear pressing while the latter with cefathiamidine intravenous dripping. Curative effect was evaluated according to the changes of signs and symptoms before and after treatment. Results: recovery rate and total effective rate were 90.0% and 97.5% in treatment group, 70.0% and 77.5% in control group. Conclusion: cupping on the three acupoints for lactogenesis combined with ear pressing has positive effect in treating early acute mastitis.

乳痈为热毒侵入乳房引起的急性化脓性疾病。若治不及时或失当，可致肿块日久不消，形成脓肿、乳漏或并发败血症。笔者于2012年3月至2013年3月期间，以“通乳三穴”拔罐配合耳穴压豆法对40例早期乳痈患者进行治疗，并与西药头孢硫脒治疗进行对比，现总结如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料将我院门诊80例入选患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例，均为产后母乳喂养的初产妇。年龄最小23岁,最大37岁；乳汁郁积、乳房胀痛不适56例，局部出现红肿39例，发热、白细胞增高32例，乳头皲裂、疼痛17例；病程1~5天。两组患者病程、年龄、哺乳情况等一般资料具有可比性(P>0.05)。
