滇西科技师范学院学生宿舍管理系统分析与设计

摘 要： 针对滇西科技师范学院的实际需求，开发了学生宿舍管理系统。从软件工程的专业角度详细分析了系统的业务需求、功能需求和数据需求，采用结构化设计方法设计系统部署结构、逻辑架构、功能架构，给出了相应的模型图，并对系统的数据库进行了详细设计。该软件对学生宿舍管理工作的信息化、流程化有很高的实用价值。

Abstract： This article， starting from the professional point of the software engineering， analyzed the system's business needs， functional and data requirements from the actual needs of Dianxi science and technology normal university， using structured design method to design the system structure， logical structure and function structure， given the corresponding model diagram and the detailed database design. The software has very high utility value for the student dormitory management informationization and process-oriented.

0 引言

滇西科技师范学院是一所位于滇西南少数民族地区的高校，学校少数民族生多、贫困生多、女生多、办学层次多，学生结构复杂。通过查阅资料、分析市面上在售的学生宿舍管理软件发现，没有符合本校校情的管理系统，另外学校办学资源有限，没有足够的财力请专业的软件公司为本校量身定做学生宿舍管理系统。为此，我们结合本校实际，设计和开发了学生宿舍管理系统。

1 系统设计开发的目的

随着高校后勤社会化发展不断深化，高校学生宿舍已经成为大学生学习、生活、交流的重要场所[1]。但学生宿舍管理部门的工作还停留在原有管理水平[2]。许多高校教辅部门的宿舍管理中心尚未建立自己的宿舍管理系统[3]，目前的管理绝大部分还是人工管理，效率低，容易出错，繁琐，消耗大量的资源。

目前所有高校的学生宿舍管理系统都是定制化开发，没有统一标准，开发出的系统都有一定的局限性和面向性，不能普遍适用。……
