罗布麻针织面料的服用性能研究

摘要：文章主要对罗布麻针织面料的服用性能进行了研究，研究过程中将纯纺罗布麻针织面料与罗布麻/棉混纺纱、纯棉紧密纱、纯纺羊毛纱等3种不同原料的针织面料进行分析对比，从织物的强伸性、悬垂性、透气性、保暖性、抗菌性以及毛细效应等方面来分析比较罗布麻针织面料的服用性能。发现罗布麻针织面料强伸性能突出，织物硬挺性较好，吸湿透气性好，具有良好的抗菌功效，尤其适合用于加工夏季服装面料。

The Study on the Wearing Properties of Apocynum Venetum Knitted Fabrics

Abstract： The paper studies the wearing properties of apocynum venetum knitted fabrics. First， it compared and analyzed the pure apocynum fiber knitted fabric with other knitted fabrics in three kinds of materials including apocynum/cotton blended yarn， pure cotton compact-spun yarn and pure wool yarn. Then it compared their wearing properties strength and elongation， drape， permeability， warmth retention property， antibacterial property， capillary effect and so on. It points out that the strength and elongation of the apocynum knitted fabric is outstanding， and the apocynum knitted fabric has good stiffness， good moistureabsorption and permeability， better antibacterial efficacy， and it is especially suitable for making summer clothing.

麻纺织品在我国有着悠久的生产历史，而罗布麻作为一种新型功能性纤维，其产品不仅具有麻类纤维的优越性，而且具有丝绸般光泽、良好的柔韧性以及特有的保健功效，愈发受到人们的重视。罗布麻因产自新疆罗布泊地区而得名，其具有断裂强度高、吸湿性能好、散湿性快、透气性优越的特点，与其它天然纤维素纤维相比，罗布麻纤维最大的特性是具有保健功效，罗布麻产品可屏蔽紫外线，发射远红外线，具有优异的抗菌功能。罗布麻纤维将引领绿色、环保、健康、舒适纤维的发展趋势，本课题针对罗布麻针织面料的服用性进行了研究分析，并将罗布麻针织面料与其它原料的针织面料进行对比，从而为罗布麻针织面料的设计与服用性研究提供一定的理论指导。

1 试样准备

为了更好地研究分析罗布麻针织面料的服用性能，选用相同纱线线密度的纯纺罗布麻纱、罗布麻/棉（60/40）混纺纱、纯棉紧密纱、纯羊毛纱等4种纱线为原料进行对比试验，采用HX2000-3SGE型14G半自动电脑横机编织满针1+1罗纹组织。……
