新常态下党中央对党建工作提出了更高水平、更严格、更科学的要求。强化医院党员干部宗旨服务意既是适应新常态下党建工作的需要，也是构建和谐医患关系、促进医院健康发展的要求。党员干部是医院发展和为民服务的排头兵。不断强化自身宗旨服务意识，带领广大医务人员更好地为民服务，是党员干部义不容辞的责任和义务。该文立足于医院党建工作实际，结合医疗岗位特点，从实践中探索强化医院党员干部宗旨服务意识教育的方法和形式。

［Abstract］In the new normal，the party central committee makes a higher-level，stricter and more scientific requirement for party building work.Enhancing hospital party cadres purpose service awareness is not only the need of adapting to the party building work in the new normal，but also the requirement of constructing harmonious nurse-patient relationship and promoting the healthy development of the hospital.The party cadres are the pioneers of hospital development and serving the people.Constantly enhancing self-purpose service awareness and leading massive medial staff better to serve the people are the unshakable responsibility and obligation.The paper explores the method and form of enhancing hospital party cadres purpose service awareness education in practice based on the practical conditions of hospital party construction and combined with medical position characteristics.

宗旨意识，顾名思义就是在心理上紧紧围绕主导思想展开的意识觉悟。对于党员来说，就是仅仅围绕全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨，以实际行动在工作、生活和学习中践行此宗旨。2013年至今，全国范围内的党组织和党员们先后经历了 “党的群众路线教育实践活动”“‘三严三实’专题教育”的洗礼”，2016年又掀起以支部为基本单位开展的“两学一做”学习教育活动，目的就是进一步加强思想政治建设，教育管理好党员、干部，提升宗旨服务意识，全面推进从严治党。当下在基层党组织中开展宗旨教育，提升党员干部党性修养无疑已经形成了一种新常态。

医院是为广大人民群众提供医疗护理服务，保障医疗健康安全的公益性机构。……
