“六顶思考帽”思维方式在中医临床带教中应用探讨

“六顶思考帽”的提出者是马耳他医学博士爱德华·德·波诺，其核心思想是建立一种积极热情、勇敢无畏且富有创造精神的科学思维模式。该模式采用白、红、绿、黑、黄、蓝六种颜色不同的帽子代表六种不同的思维模式。该文主要介绍了“六顶思考帽”的基本定义，阐述了“六顶思考帽”在中医临床带教中的应用，强调了多维思考的重要性，通过该文研究，最终实现中医临床研究的思考模式。

［Abstract］The presenter of six thinking hats is Malta medical doctor Edward de Bono，the core concept is to build a scientific thinking mode that is positive and enthusiastic，brave and full of creative spirit.The model adopts hats of six colors such as white，red，green，blank，yellow and blue to represent six thinking models.The paper mainly introduces the basic definition of six thinking hats，elaborates the application of six thinking hats in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine and emphasizes the importance of multidimensional reflections，and the thinking model of the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine will be finally realized by the research of this paper.

随着社会经济的发展，中医事业也随之发展。由于中医的历史悠久，有时人们对中医的经典论著理解不是很准确，造成了中医事业发展的缓慢。“六顶思考帽”在中医临床带教中的运用，打破了医学者常规的思考能力，采用多角度、多层面的方式讨论问题，可有效减少工作中的失误率，提高中医治疗效率。“六顶思考帽”具有操作简单，灵活度高的特点，得到了广大医学者的一致肯定。“六顶思考帽”在中医临床带教中的运用，可显著扩大中医临床的想象空间，弥补传统思维方式上的不足，提高中医临床的治疗效果。该文就“六顶思考帽”思维方式在中医临床带教中的应用进行研究探讨。

1　“六顶思考帽”思维模式基本定义

“六顶思考帽”思维的主要内容是:①白色思考帽:白色代表的是中立、客观。戴上白色思考帽思考问题时，人们关注的重点永远是事实真相和数据，运用实际得到的信息进行思考和分析，得出可靠的答案。……
