PBL教学法在循证医学教学中的应用效果评价

摘 要 PBL（Problem-Based Learning）教学法的内核在于“以问题为中心”，由此，依次开展具有开放性、探索性的学习，PBL教学法是当前国内外医学教育中的一种主流教学法。相较于既往的教育模式而言，PBL教学法有着显著的科学性和先进性，该教学法更加倡导学生的自主学习，以教师的点评为辅，教师通过引导性的语言来提出问题，学生则可以针对相关问题进行自主的文献查阅、综合分析以及小组讨论。本文以实例分析了PBL教学法在循证医学教学中的应用，旨在为提高当前国内循证医学教学质量提供参考。

Abstract The kernel of problem-based learning （PBL） teaching method is "to the problem as the center"， which， in order to carry out open， exploratory learning， PBL teaching method is the current domestic and foreign medical education one of the mainstream teaching method. Compared to the previous mode of education， PBL teaching method has a significant scientific and advanced， the teaching method more advocate students' autonomous learning， as a supplement to the teacher's comment teachers through guidance of language to ask questions， students can according to the related problems of literature search， comprehensive analysis and group discussion. This paper analyzes the application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of evidence-based medicine， aiming to provide reference for improving the quality of evidence-based medicine teaching in China.

国内众多的医学院校在授课过程中，所沿用的依然是以课堂讲授为重点的教学法，一直以来都注重以培养知识型人才为主要的教学目标，一味地重视对知识、技术的单方面传授。由此出现的问题是所培养出来的医学生虽然较好地掌握了医学基本知识，但在临床实践、创新意识和能力方面的表现不如人意，也很难适应医学领域的快速发展趋势。

1 PBL教学法在循证医学教学中的操作流程及教学目标

1.1 PBL教学法在循证医学教学中的操作流程

教师布置一个实际的临床问题给学生，以此作为PBL教学法在循证医学教学中的起点，①由此引出一系列关于这一问题的专业知识和临床实际问题，医学生再检索有关文献找出答案，医学生之间相互交流各自所查阅到的答案并作出必要的补充与完善，最终获得更为全面正确的答案。……
