针刺配合中药奄包热敷治疗慢性盆腔炎100例观察

［摘 要］目的：观察针刺配合暖宫化瘀型中药奄包热敷治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：200例分为对照组和观察组各100例，两组均用针刺治疗，观察组加用暖宫化瘀型中药奄包热敷治疗。结果：总有效率观察组94%、对照组78%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：针刺配合暖宫化瘀型中药奄包热敷治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著，无不良反应。

［Abstract］Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with acupuncture combined with hot compress with Chinese herbs package of warming uterus and resolving blood stasis type. Method： 200 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group evenly in random. Both groups were treated by acupuncture and the observation group were treated by hot compress with Chinese herbs package of warming uterus and resolving blood stasis type additionally. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group was 94% while that of the control groups was 78%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （P＜0．05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with hot compress with Chinese herbs package of warming uterus and resolving blood stasis type has significant effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease， without adverse reactions.

慢性盆腔炎临床表现多以白带增多﹑下腹坠痛﹑不孕及腰骶酸痛为主［1］。抵抗力下降时可导致急性发作。美国疾病预防控制中心（CDC） 定义盆腔炎性疾病为女性上生殖道感染引起的一系列疾病，主要包括输卵管卵巢囊肿﹑盆腔腹膜炎﹑盆腔结缔组织炎﹑输卵管炎及子宫内膜炎等［2］。2012年11月至2014年11月，我们用针灸配合中药奄包热敷治疗慢性盆腔炎获得满意效果，总结如下。

1　临床资料

共200例，均为我院2012年11月至2014年11月收治的患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组年龄22～50岁，平均（36.2±3.6）岁；病程5个月～8年，平均（3.5±1.7）年。观察组年龄22～48岁，平均（37.8±2.9）岁；病程5个月～9年，平均（3.7±1.4）年。两组资料比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。

符合慢性盆腔炎诊断标准［3］。以下腹坠胀疼痛﹑肛门胀感﹑性欲低下﹑白带量多等为主要表现，或兼有经期延长﹑月经量多﹑痛经等。……
