我国邮政物流与邮票投资互动性发展研究

摘 要：邮政物流是我国唯一具有国企性质的物流企业，随着经济发展，尤其是电子商务的发展，越来越多物流公司雨后春笋般涌现出来，使其面临巨大的市场竞争。同时，互联网通信技术的发展，使邮票原有的邮资凭证作用逐渐减弱，邮市投资发展受阻。文章着重分析二者现阶段面临的问题，对其互动性发展进行分析，提出促进邮政物流和邮票投资共同发展的建议。

Abstract： Postal logistics is the only logistics enterprises with characteristics of state-owned enterprises in our country. But with the development of the economy， especially the development of electronic commerce， more and more logistics companies have sprung up， which makes post logistics face with the huge market competition. At the same time， with the development of internet communication technology， the original function of the stamps， postage certificates， diminishes gradually. The function of private hot money which is used to invest stamps is diminishing， too. Based on these two present problems， this paper analyzes the major problems about postal logistics and stamps investment at present and analyzes the interactive development between them and then puts forward some suggestions which can promote the development of postal logistics and stamps investment.

物流行业作为“第三利润源泉”，在全球范围内高速发展。邮政物流是我国物流企业之一，尽管拥有发展优势，但国内外其他物流企业仍分得市场的一杯羹。同属于邮政的邮票也面临投资瓶颈，现阶段我国邮票发行量大、使用量小，邮票稀有性弱，严重阻碍邮票投资的发展。如果二者利用“同属邮政”的便利，把邮票运用在邮政物流中，并把邮政物流文化引入邮票中，将促进二者互动发展。

1 邮政物流发展现状

近几年，我国邮政物流有一定创新，例如，四川邮政利用KPI指标对系统化管理进行强有力监管；浙江邮政学习国外先进技术，开设“E”邮站，将信报箱改为“智能交换箱”等。然而，在市场经济飞速发展的今天，我国邮政物流整体仍存在一些问题。

1.1 “三流”需改进

“三流合一”是邮政一大优势，但现阶段，实物流、信息流、资金流并未充分发挥作用，使物品运送效率下降，整体服务质量变差。（1）对于运送路径、分拣、包装、信息录入等环节，以及员工工作态度、工作效率等方面，如果缺乏管理，将产生效率低下、配送和仓储环节联系不紧密的后果，资金流环节交款或收款不及时等问题对整个进展速度也产生影响；……
