高职院校工学结合人才培养模式探究

摘 要：《现代物流管理》课程是高职院市场营销专业的核心课程——必修课。在教育部对高职教育改革的推动下，全国很多高职院校对《现代物流管理》课程教学做了大量的研究，取得一定的成绩。近几年来，内蒙古财经大学职院《现代物流管理》课程组成员也一直致力于课程教学改革的研究和实践。由于该课程涉及面广，知识点众多，作为一门应用性极强的学科，要求学生具备较高的分析解决问题能力，对尚未投身社会的学生而言学习难度较大。文章从《现代物流管理》课程的实际情况出发，提出了如何结合高职院校工学结合人才培养模式，提高《现代物流管理》课程教学改革的几点建议。

Abstract：“Modern logistics management”course is the core of higher vocational school marketing professional courses， required courses. Under the impetus of the ministry of education for higher vocational education reform， the national many higher vocational colleges to the“modern logistics management”course teaching to do a lot of research， also has the certain result. In recent years， Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics institute of the curriculum group of modern logistics management is also devoted to the research and practice of the course teaching reform. Because the course is broad， many knowledge points， as an applied strong discipline， students are required to possess higher problem solving ability， for students is not yet in society is difficult to learn. This article from the curriculum according to the actual situation of modern logistics management， put forward how to combine work-integrated learning personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges， improve the effect of“modern logistics management”course teaching suggestions.

工学结合人才培养模式是高职院校遵从职业教育规律、凝炼发展特色、提升办学水平、增强育人能力和服务社会能力的必由之路，也是全世界高职教育发展的共同取向。《现代物流管理》课程作为高职院校市场营销专业的核心课程，如何契合高职院校工学结合人才培养模式，进行教学改革尤为重要。

1 工学结合人才培养模式对高职教育的重要意义
