替吉奥胶囊联合紫杉醇治疗术后复发或转移性胃癌的疗效分析

目的 探究在术后复发或转移性胃癌治疗中采用替吉奥胶囊与紫杉醇联合治疗的临床治疗效果。方法 方便选取该院在2011年10月—2015年10月期间收治的复发或转移性胃癌患者30例作为研究对象，所有患者均给予替吉奥胶囊与紫杉醇联合治疗，对其治疗总有效率进行观察和分析。结果 经过联合治疗，患者完全缓解率为10.00%；部分缓解率为43.33%；稳定率为23.33%，病情进展率为23.33%，治疗总有效率为53.33%，不良反应包括胃肠道反应、周围神经毒性、骨髓抑制。结论 在复发或转移性胃癌治疗中给予替吉奥胶囊与紫杉醇联合治疗效果较为理想，不良反应较轻，具有耐受性，此治疗方案值得应用推广。

［Abstract］Objective To explore in the postoperative recurrence or metastasis of gastric cancer treatment with S-1 capsule combined with paclitaxel in the treatment of clinical therapeutic effect.Methods Convenient selection selected in our hospital in 2011-2015 admitted during the period of recurrence or metastasis of gastric cancer patients with 30 cases as the object of study，all patients were treated with S-1 capsule combined with paclitaxel treatment，and the treatment effect was observed and analyzed.Results After the combined treatment，patients with complete remission rate was 10.00%，partial remission rate of 43.33%；stable rate was 23.33%and disease progression rate was 23.33%，the total efficiency of the treatment was 53.33%，the adverse effects including gastrointestinal tract reaction，peripheral nerve toxicity，bone marrow suppression.Conclusion In recurrent or metastatic gastric cancer treatment given S-1 and paclitaxel combined with ideal treatment effect and adverse reaction of lighter，with tolerance，this treatment is worth popularization and application.

胃癌作为一种恶性肿瘤在近些年来其发生率呈现逐年增长的趋势，对患者的健康及生命造成严重的威胁。由于胃癌没有典型的临床表现，一般情况下确诊时已经为晚期，有较低的术后切除率，很可能在术后发生转移或者复发，在临床上一般以全身化疗为主，然而现阶段并没有一个标准的化疗方案［1］。常规化疗一般采用奥沙利铂与氟尿嘧啶联合方案，替吉奥胶囊作为一种新型的氟尿嘧啶类药物，应用越来越广泛……
