门诊烧伤患者创面感染原因及预防对策分析

目的 研究门诊烧伤患者创面感染的原因以及相应的预防对策。方法 选取2012年6月—2015年12月该院门诊收治的200例烧伤患者为研究对象，对其治疗过程中可能引发感染的原因进行分析，并且提出预防感染的相关对策。结果 感染发生率为20%；一共培养出了80株病原菌，其中10株为真菌，44株为革兰阴性菌；26株为革兰阳性菌；年龄越大，烧伤面积越大，烧伤感染率也相应越大。结论 为了有效预防门诊烧伤患者创面感染，要以患者的实际情况为依据，采取相应的预防措施对其进行预防，对烧伤患者的创面感染率进行有效控制，最大程度上缓解患者痛苦，促使其早日康复。

［Abstract］Objective To research the causes and corresponding preventive measures of wound infection in outpatient burn patients.Methods 200 cases of burn patients admitted and treated in the outpatient of our hospital from June 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects，and infection causes in the treatment process were analyzed，and the relevant measures of predicting infection were put forwards.Results The incidence rate of infection was 20%，80 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured in total，among them，10 strains were fungus，44 strains were gram-negative bacteria and 26 strains were gram-positive bacteria，the older the age was，the bigger the burn area was，and the bigger the burn infection rate.Conclusion In order to effectively prevent the wound infection in outpatient burn，we should adopt corresponding preventive measures for prevention according to the practical conditions，effectively control the wound infection rate of burn patients，farthest relieve the patient's pains and promote the early rehabilitation of patients.

通常情况下，因为烧伤创面具有开放性，因此其感染率较大，再加上烧伤患者本身的免疫力降低，因此会在很大程度上增加致病菌感染的几率［1］。局部感染可以引发全身性感染，在严重的情况下还可能会使患者死亡，因此对烧伤造成的感染进行有效预防是十分重要的［2］。虽然近几年来烧伤治疗技术获得了显著的发展与进步，操作也越来越朝着规范化的方向发展，并且获得了良好的治疗效果，但是烧伤感染率还是相当高［3］。因此在烧伤患者出现感染之前及早采取相应的预防措施进行有效预防是十分重要的，属于预防患者感染的关键［4］。……
